Purchasing a can vending machine and placing it on a location can be beginning of a profitable business.

We started out with 5 can vending machines (that we paid WAY too much for), and ended up with an extremely successful vending operation. If we'd only known then what we know now we could have saved thousands of dollars and a lot of sleepless nights.

Make sure you find the right machine for your location (you have a location first don't you?). Stay clear of fancy marketed "vending packages". And learn all you can about the vending industry. A can vending machine is a great starting point.

Today's Vending Business Tip Don't limit your snack machines products to just snacks! We did well with putting "other" products in based on taking a broader look at the location. For example, toothbrushes (hotel), laundry soap (trucking company), baseball cards (apartment complex), and other personal toiletries. Be creative!
