We purchased the route of a local vendor who had a location with a milk vending machine.
This particular vending machine operated very well for its age. Our main concern was staying on top of the short shelf life of the milk product itself. If you want to see angry, have a customer pay for some outdated stale milk! The newer milk vending machines offer different sizes and assortments but are incredibly expensive.
If you are interested in milk vending machines you should have a very high volume location, proper transportation and storage for milk product. Or, you might try and 3rd party or joint venture with a local company that offers these types of programs.

Try to find people who can approve multiple locations when trying to place machines. Property management companies might respresent many apartment complexes. Some business owners have multiple locations. With one "yes" you can secure multiple profit centers.
