In the many, many years we operated our vending business, the hundreds of successful vendors we met through business and conventions we never found one that could recommend ANY locator. Most locating companies are basically scam operators with more lawsuits than satisfied customers. I have many emails from people who are thoroughly disgusted with their locator. Locating companies will say whatever it takes to convince a location to put a machine in. You have no idea what was said to the location, or what guarantees were made.

So the answer to, "Could you point me towards a list of recommended vending machine locators?" Sorry, no I can't. I don't want you to waste your money.

Just as it would not be wise to start a renovation business without learning how to hammer a nail, don't spend money on a vending business without learning how to locate!
(It's really not that hard once you start)

I am just getting into vending and I almost bought one those "business opportunities" the only reason I didn't is because I refused to go into debt for something I did not have to. They would not sell me one machine they wanted to sell me at least 10 "so I would be profitable." Ha! Its not profitable or smart to pay high interest rates. The resources you gave where very helpful and I really appreciate you sharing your experience with me. Today's Vending Business Tip Don't limit your snack machines products to just snacks! We did well with putting "other" products in based on taking a broader look at the location. For example, toothbrushes (hotel), laundry soap (trucking company), baseball cards (apartment complex), and other personal toiletries. Be creative!
