Vending scams!
I have received hundreds of emails from people saying they lost money in the vending business. They have machines in their garage and a large bank loan to pay off.
Unfortunately these people fell for slick presentations and hype without getting all the facts about the vending business.
We managed to build a million dollar vending business after starting out the wrong way. We paid WAY too much for the first 5 machines we bought from a business opportunity exhibition. Was it a vending scam? I'm not sure but it certainly was a wake up call.
Be careful to get some information on the actual business of vending before you fall for in love with a "vending business opportunity". Avoid the hype of the typical vending scams.

Make sure that a location is aware you want to be their vending solution. We once walked into a snack/pop location we had serviced for years only to find a full size coffee machine right beside our equipment. When we asked why they didn't ask us to put a full size coffee machine in, they said, "Oh!, we didn't know you do coffee too!". (A costly mistake for us)
